**Customer Service Officer** **We are looking for our next Customer Service Officer to join our Team.** At BagTrans we are searching for a Customer Service Officer for our Eastern Creek depot based in NSW. **Why the role exists**: We are seeking a customer service officer on a full-time permanent basis.. The purpose of the customer service is to provide quality on-time support to our Allocation and Operations teams including our vast customer base The customer service officer is responsible for the booking of all time slotted customers, data entry and manual processing of a variety of documentation and may be required to perform several other duties as in accordance with work priorities. Your ability to build strong relationships with drivers and customers both internally and externally will be a critical part of the role.
