With their Melbourne office based in Mulgrave, you’d be working for one of the world’s largest and most inclusive and diverse vehicle manufacturing companies. They have over 40 production sites and over 100,00 employees globally specialising in truck and bus manufacturing, and they only continue to grow. They continue to see an increase in enquiries and services for the financial side of the business. As such, they are looking to hire multiple customer service experts in the capacity of Customer Service & Collections Officers.

**Your new role**

As a Customer Service & Collections Officer, you will be handling a high volume of enquired from customers in relation to the products and services provided by the organisation. Your daily duties and responsibilities will be:

- Inbound/outbound call taking and associated administrative follow-up for all enquiries
- Providing assistance to the collections team by assisting with financial enquiries
- Following up with customers regarding their payments
- Accurate and timely completion of settlements
- Customer retention and remarketing activities as required
- Supporting the Business Managers of local dealerships
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Participation and contributions to team meetings to further benefit the business

**What you’ll bring**
- Recent fast-paced customer service experience, ideally in a call-centre environment
- Previous collections experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong and accurate attention to detail
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and sound general computing/technological skills
