Responsibilities:

- **Office Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the office.
- Process orders for supplies and equipment, reorder as necessary.
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and organized.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support with Payroll
- **Incoming / Outgoing Order Management**:

- Process Purchase Orders,
- Work in collaboration with production and warehouse manager to check stock balances to book freight of outgoing orders.
- Manage CHEP account
- Manage and organize documents, both physical and digital.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- **Financial Administration**:

- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with finance department as needed.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Support project managers with administrative tasks.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication among team members.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles or related fields.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills (depending on the specific role):

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
