- Work closely with our Sourcing Manager and Talent Acquisition Team to plan and deliver effective go to market activities eg university partnerships, networking opportunities and events.
- Undertake research and analysis to identify trends and best practice, adjusting the strategy accordingly to align with TAL's needs.
- Lead a working group to manage TAL's graduate study tour to Japan including liaising with stakeholders from our parent company in Japan, Dai-ichi Life.
- Build relationships with University Careers contacts, Co-op Programs, platforms and providers to position TAL as an employer of choice.
- Play a lead role in supporting and championing our employee listening strategy, using data from our monthly employee insights surveys to assess and recommend initiatives.
- Support leaders to proactively respond to employee insights by providing thought leadership advice and developing tools and training materials that enable them to effectively debrief their teams and set and deliver engagement action plans.
- Support quarterly reporting, communications, and governance activities.

**Qualifications**
- Applied experience in Human Resources fields such as learning and development, employee experience, organisational development, and talent acquisition.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Project management and project co-ordination skills with the ability to forward plan and prioritise deliverables effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience writing company wide and senior leader comms, and creating presentation packs for internal and external meetings and events.
- Demonstrated experience in translating research and data into trends and usable insights.
