**What is the role?**

As a Local Area Engagement Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing local marketing plans in collaboration with the Regional Manager and business unit leaders. You will function as the face of InvoCare in the community, building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, community groups, and other stakeholders to enhance our brand presence and service delivery. This is a hands-on active role where you will be highly visible in the communities in your region while you promote the InvoCare brand.

**What are my key responsibilities?**
- Represent InvoCare positively in the community, participating in local networks and promotions.
- Monitor and report on territory risks, opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Develop strong business networks and relationships with key influencers and community groups.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to create and implement strategic local area engagement plans.
- Develop and implement sales plans targeting new market segments in collaboration with business units.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage across diverse demographics.
- Experience in sales or business development, as well as achieving financial performance targets within a team.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain local business and community relationships.
- Experience collaborating with diverse geographical teams and the ability to travel as required.
