We operate over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries, and 29 crematoria across Australia. We also manage private memorial parks and offer pet cremation services. As we plan for the next phase of transformation and growth, we have created a new permanent position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting high volume and business critical resourcing needs for our largest business unit.

**Key areas of responsibilities include**:

- Building strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers within the Funeral Operations business and the P&C team (e.g. HR Business Partners, HR Operations, WH&S)
- Delivering outstanding service to internal customers through engagement, consultation and timely communication

Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager (Funerals & Mortuary Strategy & Operations) on continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Several years' experience within internal talent acquisition or an RPO environment preferred (or a high-performing agency recruiter seeking a transition to inhouse)
- Omni channel sourcing skills leveraging job boards, social media, talent pooling, internal mobility, referrals and networking
- Strong organisational and time management skills with demonstrated agility and responsiveness to business needs
- Strong business partnering, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A proactive, results-focused mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment software.
