**About the role**
We’re entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a **Claims Consultant** to be the first point of contact for customers navigating the next steps after an accident.
This role plays a key part in guiding customers through the claims and repair process—connecting them with trusted local repairers through a seamless digital experience.

As a **Claims Consultant**, you’ll be supporting customers during a stressful time, providing reassurance and clear communication from start to finish. You’ll manage incoming claims, process repair submissions, and liaise with customers, repairers and Insurance to keep everything moving efficiently.

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

- Managing a portfolio of allocated accounts, as well as handling general accident management enquiries
- Processing and tracking claims through our digital platform and internal systems
- Coordinating with repairers and service providers to ensure timely updates and service delivery
- Providing prompt, professional, and empathetic customer service at every stage of the claim

**What we are looking for?**
- You have a customer-first mindset and well-developed experience in a customer service role.
- You have strong administration skills and can manage numerous tasks simultaneously.
- You will provide high level professional customer service and the ability to think on your feet as no enquiry is the same.
- Insurance/Claims background preferred but not essential
- A willingness to work with a diverse team and regional customers.
- Someone who thrives in a high performance, team culture

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Rhodes NSW 2138: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Motor Claims: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
