We are a Fire Systems Products company located in Caringbah.
We currently have a great opportunity for a reliable, team orientated and organised person to join our team as an Accounts and Procurement Manager
**Your New Role**
You will be part of a dynamic organisation that is constantly growing. You will be working alongside a small team of qualified fire systems professionals providing accounts, procurement, sales and administrative support. This role requires an enthusiastic person with incredibly high attention to detail, who is willing to learn new software.
**Your responsibilities;**
- Processing, preparing and reconciling invoices and purchase orders
- Preparing monthly account reconciliations, including credit card recs
- Importing some bank feeds daily into our ERP software
- Managing the Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Chasing overdue accounts receivable ( credit control )
- Preparing weekly payroll on time for managements approval
- Ensuring ATO compliance requirements are met
- Preparing financial reports for fortnightly meetings
- Maintaining inventory
- Managing incoming freight deliveries, availability dates, delivery dates of all supplier deliveries
- Ensuring you are following up supplier deliveries and keeping up to date with their arrival date to our warehouse, This is critical to FSP providing quality customer service
- Obtaining quotes and organising international freight ensuring compliance documents are faultless
- Maintaining vehicle registrations, green slips and insurances
- Managing company insurance due dates and reminding Managing Director when policies are due for review and renewal
- Taking sales orders and liaising with customers/suppliers as needed
- Preparing detailed Sales reports with review from the Business Operations Supervisor and Managing Director
- Reviewing Sales staff invoices for correctness and attention to detail and suggesting improvements were required
- Providing additional administration duties as required
**About You,**
- Accounting/Bookkeeping qualifications and 2 years minimum practical experience in a similar role
- ERP software experience
- Strong administration background
- Purchasing experience and negotiating supplier discounts for buying in bulk
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills to call customers and chase overdue accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word and Excel
- Invoicing and job costing experience necessary
- The ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team with a strong work ethic and proven ability to multitask
- Be highly organised, proactive, and methodical with systems and processes
- Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
- There is plenty of free parking available. Bus route to Train station an easy walk away

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
