Caringbah, Australia Southside Staffing Solutions Full time

**Permanent Part Time 20-25 Hours per week**

**Duties & responsibilities**
- Registering invoices daily
- Entering purchase orders
- Entering subcontract agreements
- Posting invoices once approved by management (twice weekly cycle)
- Filing invoices by job once paid
- Creditor reconciliations at month end
- Selecting invoices for payment run and completing process to.aba file stage
- Working with our Accountant and Construction Managers

**Requirements**:

- Experience in JobPac highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail & the ability to spot numerical differences
- A team player with exceptional communication skills
- Data entry skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines and time frames

**5 days per week - School Hours**

**Salary negotiable pending experience
