Enough about us, let’s talk about you and this fantastic Assistant Manager / Manager role:

- We’ll allocate you a client base with a mixture of client groups that are interesting & diverse, and you will have an ability to foster fantastic client relationships
- You will anticipate and ensure that client needs are attended to quickly with up-to-date and accurate advice, you know how to make a client feel the love
- You enjoy having a lot to do and gain energy from being busy, but without compromising accuracy. We also understand you have a life outside of work
- You will mentor a team of exceptional up & coming accountants that are effective and consistent in delivering great results - they are also great people
- You are happy to work collaboratively with our entire team to deliver on our business deadlines and team goals
- You’ll get involved in Advisory projects across the Business, Strategic and Tax services, and drive innovation in Business Services methodologies
- You need to be CA or CPA qualified, have experience working for a Chartered Accounting firm and have Advanced Excel skills, plus be more than dangerous with PowerPoint, Word and of course, Xero

Experience in tax advisory or financial reporting (under AASB) is an added bonus
