As a Technical Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development of technical designs in programming languages including Microsoft Tech (C#,.NET core, Entity Framework) and developing on Azure PaaS/IaaS, Microservices, Azure Data Factory & DevOps.

You will also be responsible for actively participating in the requirements, design, and construction phases to ensure the successful delivery of the project from a high-level technical perspective.

**About the role**
- Create high-level designs that translate functional requirements into effective business processes
- Take charge of business value assessment and requirement elaboration to lead successful project delivery
- Actively engage in requirement gathering, design, and construction phases to ensure high-level technical perspective meets project objectives
- Participate in client discussions to identify and shape business requirements and change requests
- Supervise daily activities of both onsite and offshore technical team(s)
- Provide development team with assistance, feedback, and mentoring on technical matters and team deliverables
- Manage multiple projects in customer-facing roles

**About the You**
- Over 10 years of experience in technical design and development of..NET/Azure cloud solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft technologies including C#,.NET core, Entity Framework, SQL server, and MVC, as well as Azure PaaS/IaaS, Microservices, Azure Data Factory, and DevOps
- Solid background in software development encompassing design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development (TDD)
- Skilled in utilizing Agile methodology and frameworks, particularly SCRUM, to generate optimal outcomes
- Possession of exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities, ideal for fostering cooperative and communicative relationships with clients and team members alike
- Equipped with technical and thought leadership skills, well-suited to providing guidance and mentorship to software development teams.
