- WesTrac is on the lookout for a **Technical Product Advisor** **(TPA)**to**join the team on an 8:6 FIFO opportunity.
- Reporting to the Technical Product Advisor Supervisor, the TPA will be responsible for providing support to customers with the hardware and software of technology products.
- As a TPA, you will ensure customers are successful in the maintenance, repair and operation of technology products, including any faults and issues that are identified then resolved in a timely manner. This role also issues regular technology performance reports outlining current performance levels, gaps and the progress of plans to rectify.
- Our comprehensive training and onboarding processes will ensure that you are equipped with the right skills to begin your journey into MineStar and Automation. Our teams have access to a first-class training Institute in Perth and our Technology Training Facility in Collie.

**Location**: Perth - FIFO

**Roster**:8 days on, 6 days off. 12.5 hour shifts.

**About You**:

- Recognised tertiary qualification or trade certificate, coupled with experience working in a Mechanical, Electrical, IT or Communications role
- Knowledge and understanding of Caterpillar MineStar products is desirable
- Highly developed attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and compile reports whilst providing suitable recommendations
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow through with required actions
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
