**About The Opportunity**
Our Technology team are currently looking for a Technical Product Manager to join them. In this role you will provide domain knowledge and technical direction to software product development teams, targeting development of software for exploration and mining data management.
Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, your key responsibilities include:

- Assist in development and drive execution of product roadmaps and development schedules.
- When a good opportunity is identified and it is decided to pursue it, discover what the solution - the product - is. Define the features and functionality, the user experience, and the release criteria.
- Interact closely with the user interface designers to discover the blend of requirements and design that meet the needs of the user.
- Empathise with your customers and the product target markets, understanding the market values, priorities, perceptions, tolerances, experiences, and technical understandings.
- Assist commercial and support teams with the delivery of the completed software to market.

**About You**
You will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the exploration and mining data management domain.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Tertiary education qualification in Mining and/or Geology related disciplines
- Experience in managing or participating in the management of software products.
- Practical, hands-on experience with the Scrum software development methodology.
- Degree in Computer Science, Geology, Mining, or similar field relevant to the product you manage.
- Proven track record of success working across multiple locations, with multi-lingual capabilities (Russian desirable)
