**Technical Sales Manager - HVAC**

**The Company**
Our client is one of the most established and well regarded HVAC brands in the market. They have been around for 100+ years and are still consistently providing the market with innovative and affordable HVAC solutions. They are also known for their exceptional team culture and career opportunities. Due to increase in demand, they are now seeking to expand their WA Sales Team and put on a Technical Sales Manager role to lead a dynamic team.

**The Role**
- Based in Perth, you will be responsible for clients based in Perth CBD and surrounding.
- Our client supplies the market with a range of HVAC products such as commercial AC units, wall mounted split system, and residential A/C units.
- You will be selling these products to a range of customers from mechanical contractors, installers, HVAC contractors and HVAC wholesalers. You will be liaising with estimators, project managers, owners of businesses, store managers and sales staff. Providing them with technical solutions and looking after the sales process to win new projects from beginning to end.
- 90% of the role would consist of identifying and winning technical tenders and estimating. The other 10% is looking after a team of two account managers, providing them with support whenever needed and guidance.

**The Person**
- THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: Technical sales experience within the HVAC space.
- Ideally, you will have experience selling hvac components or equipment such as air-conditioning units, ventilation equipment and other related products.
- Experience reading and winning projects via mechanical and HVAC contractors.
- Our client is looking for someone with management experience or someone who has the qualities to step into a management role (i.e., charismatic, good people skills and commercially switched on).
