**About the role**:
Come join us at Akuna Capital where you will be apart of the APAC Talent team working across a variety of 'experienced hire' roles in our Technology & Quantitative teams. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR, and other members of the recruitment team to build our talent pipeline, improve our current recruitment practices, and foster a culture of high-performance and belonging for all. **What you'll do**:

- Utilise a variety of sourcing channels to attract diverse experienced talent for both Sydney and Shanghai markets
- Create job advertisements and social media posts on a variety of platforms
- Utilise Seek PTS & LinkedIn recruiter to engage with passive & active talent
- Maintain GreenHouse general cleanliness by booking & rescheduling interviews, providing clear notes & prompting hiring manager feedback
- Assist with project administration, planning and execution relevant to the recruitment and wider People function at Akuna

**What you'll bring**:

- Prior experience sourcing talent in specialisations such as software engineering, systems/network administration, security, project management, general IT etc.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office products and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse.io is a bonus)
- Outstanding organisational skills, close attention to detail and the ability to multi-task with changing priorities
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a high-performing team
- Desire to win and recruit the best talent into Akuna
