We are delighted to be partnering with Nine Entertainment as we embark on a exciting journey establishing and delivering a world class Talent Acquisition Function for the media giant
- As a Talent Sourcing Specialist on our team you can expect to work in a client facing role that will see you partnering closely with our recruitment team and collaborating with a range of senior business leaders whilst tapping into your expert sourcing capability to help shape and deliver strategic sourcing initiatives.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to be creative and to think innovatively, and you will be empowered to look for better and smarter ways of doing things
- Please note, it will be important to be onsite in North Sydney 3-4 days a week, especially in the initial establishment phase of this new solution.

**How you will shape the future of talent**:

- Managing a full and active variety of open-sourcing assignments
- Support various sourcing initiatives and campaigns through market mapping, proactive search, provision of market intel as well as building, nurturing, and growing talent pools of suitably qualified talent
- Leverage your skills in Boolean search to help us find the best talent
- Use a range of digital channels to support your talent searches and continuously look for new and innovative ways to engage and attract key talent
- Work in partnership with the onsite Resourcing Consultants providing specific expertise as a Sourcing SME

**You’ll be someone who can bring**:

- Proven experience as a talented recruiter/sourcing specialist with strong skills in Recruitment Research, Mapping, Lead Generation, Talent Pooling, End-to-End recruitment, gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm in an international market
- Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Background from consumer driven industries with specific experience across, sales, tech and/or finance being advantageous
- Collaborative and super responsive approach to client service and team contribution
- Previous experience with SmartRecruiters will be advantageous
