Precision Sourcing are partnering with a global consultancy as they seek a CERTIFIED SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise around EC, ONB, PMGM and/ or Succession

The role:

As a CERTIFIED SuccessFactors consultant, you will work on the design and delivery of projects and provide on-going, post go-live support for a global consultancy who have been awarded by SAP themself for their bespoke implementation methodology.

Key responsibilities:

  • In this client-facing role, you'll provide SAP SuccessFactors subject matter expertise providing guidance for the development and implementation of solutions. Key areas include EC, ONB, PMGM, Succession
  • In addition to desigining, managing and develiering E2E solutions, you will play an active role in post-go live relationships with clients, fostering further business opportunities
  • Be part of an innovative team by identifying packaged solution opportunities and drive developing collateral for the practice

Key experience:

  • At least 3 x full E2E SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Certification(s) ESSENTIAL, ideally in either or in combination of EC, ONB, PMGM, Succession
  • A SuccessFactors SME with understanding of the latest updates and versions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a strong customer focus
  • Self-starter, must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
