**Facilities Assistant**

**Due to major growth we are expanding our Workplace Experience team in Perth and currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to join the team.**

As the Facilities Assistant for our Perth office complex, you will surprise and delight our people by maintaining an outstanding office environment that allows them to do their best work and gives them access to the amenities they need.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- You will professionally greet staff, contractors and visitors and ensure Envoy (our Visitor Management system) is operational daily
- You will ensure the office remains clean, tidy and functional at all times and maintain stock levels across the office complex
- You will set up meeting rooms and facilities for use as per calendar bookings and supply catering as required
- You will facilitate events by decorating the office (if themed) and providing various creative food and beverage options that suit the occasion and catering to dietary requirements

**What you will bring to the role**:

- You have experience in a similar position, working in fast-paced facilities or catering roles
- You hold a Food Handling certificate or have strong knowledge of safe food handling procedures
- You are a proactive and self-motivated person who can work effectively with mínimal supervision
- You are a team player and are willing to pitch in and help your team get things done
- You have the ability to lift heavy items greater than 16kg (the ability to lift heavy items such as beer cartons and groceries safely is a key requirement for this role).
- First Aid & Fire Warden qualifications are a bonus (training can be provided if you don't hold these certificates)
