**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Leadership** - Manage drivers, fleet, and resources to ensure smooth daily operations.
**Task-Focused Efficiency** - Maintain schedules, optimize routes, and oversee time management to minimize costs.
**Data & Reporting** - Utilize **Excel** to track hours, costs, and operational metrics with precision.
**Compliance & Risk Management** - Ensure adherence to industry regulations while minimizing operational errors.
**Process Improvement** - Learn and implement new systems, including **RF scanning and pallet control**.
**Team Accountability** - Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, professional work ethic, and high-quality service.

**What You Will Need**:
✔ **Driving Experience** - Understanding of transport operations from the ground up.
✔ **Strong Report Writing Skills** - Ability to document performance and compliance effectively.
