About The Client
Our client is a leading provider within the waste operations industry, committed to delivering reliable and efficient services across Brisbane. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administration Investigator based in Banyo.

What You Will Be Doing
As a fleet officer, you will play a key role in supporting the waste operations team by investigating service issues, resolving customer queries and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This is a hands-on and varied role where youll work closely with drivers, operations and customer service teams to identify and resolve discrepancies. Youll also provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Reviewing service records, run sheets, and GPS data to resolve customer queries regarding household bins
  • Investigating missed services, incorrect bin placements, or irregular collections
  • Liaising with drivers, operations and customer service teams to resolve issues
  • Preparing investigation reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Tracking driver hours and ensuring compliance with scheduled breaks
  • Entering driver run sheets and allocating daily work
  • Assisting with fatigue management
  • Supporting general administration functions within the waste operations team

What Youll Need

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to details
  • Current drivers licence and reliable transport
  • Ability to pass a pre employment medical and police clearance
  • Ability to work full-time hours: training 8am4pm for the first 24 weeks, then 6am2pm Monday to Friday
