**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A rare Executive Assistant opportunity exists to support at an executive, board, and C suite level here at the Cotton on Group. Supporting our Chief Retail Officer - this role stretches across 22 countries, 8 brands roughly 20,000+ retail employees. As the conduit to brand and country partners, this role has the ability to provide a streamlined approach to organization and effectiveness whilst building a fantastic network across the Cotton on Groups global network.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience administration experience
- Strong administration, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Diary management experience
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of basic travel, accommodation and expense procedures
- Understanding of the fundamental budgeting processes and controls
