We are looking for a remarkable Executive Assistant to be the supportive force to two of our Chief Operating Officers of PHI and of Health & Retail. This role is based in our Geelong head office with hybrid working options.
**About the role**
Our Private Health Insurance team is made up of our Customer Service teams, our Commercial & Product team, and our Benefits Management team. As a team, our goal is to provide a compelling range of quality health cover that meets our members’ needs.
Our Health & Retail team is made up of our health practices; Dental Care, Eye Care, Primary Care, Physiotherapy and Retail teams; Private Health Insurance Branches and Branch/Eye Care co locations in Geelong and Western Regional Victoria. As a not for profit, we make decisions with our members and patients interests in mind - our health and retail teams deliver exceptional patient care and member experiences.
The Executive Assistant contributes to our goal through the provision of high-level executive support, and to the wider Private Health Insurance and Health & Retail teams, enabling the delivery of our operational and strategic objectives.
This role supports energetic and optimistic Executives who prides themselves on building high-performing and fun-loving teams. Life balance, having fun and high-performance are important attributes to our Executive.
**About you**
You will naturally operate with efficiency, adaptability and confidentiality, with your previous experience being complimented by your high level of energy, curiosity and professionalism.
The role requires someone with strong organisational and interpersonal qualities that can confidently engage with others, and who connects with our purpose of “supporting and empowering our communities to live healthier lives”.
- Solid experience as an Executive Assistant to an/multiple Executive/Senior level leader/s, ideally in a relevant sector such as financial services or insurance
- A foundational love for working closely with others, and for contributing to the success of the team
- Experience operating in complex, dynamic and evolving environments, where you have gracefully managed competing priorities
- Superior attention to detail and a high level of initiative and proactivity
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and proficient in Excel
**Highly desirable**
- Knowledge of Private Health Insurance Industry
