ABOUT THE ROLE

A rare opportunity for an Executive Assistant to sit as part of our Factorie leadership team, supporting our GM during a pivotal chapter in our brand journey. This is a fixed term contract until October 2026.

You'll make impact by:

• Managing a fast-paced, ever-changing schedule with precision
• Preparing reports, coordinating high-level meetings and keeping priorities aligned
• Anticipating needs and creating space for our GM and Leadership Teams to focus where it counts
• Bringing structure, thoughtfulness and follow-through to day-to-day operations
• Being a trusted, confidential partner

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

You're someone who brings energy, clarity and care to everything you do. Someone who keeps things simple, stays calm under pressure, and instinctively knows how to make life easier for others through reading the play and anticipating business needs.

• Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong judgement and natural discretion
