**Your new role**
- Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and drive best possible group outcomes on a complex, multi-dimensional program.
- Effectively identify and define business needs and problems/issues to enable a feasible solution scope to be developed.
- Assess solution options across all key elements; from a customer, risk, technology and user perspective before positioning for inception/ build.
- Capture, analyse and optimise customer journeys and high-level processes (both as-is and to-be)
- Develop strong working relationships across multiple business units and across the broader program.
- Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure the handover of requirements into the release trains is seamless.
- Regularly showcase progress to the Program and key stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous years experience as a Business Analyst within Technology projects
- A sound understanding of technical concepts & solutions
- Advanced Stakeholder Management skills
- Understand the true value of Agile Methodologies
- Any experience in the following will be highly regarded; SDLC, Cloud, SAAS, Identity, Cyber Security, Engineering Quality
