Rate: $100 - $135 per hour

We are looking for a Program Operational Readiness Manager to work with a large Utilities company to support the GeoSCADA commissioning streams to work together on delivery of a large program of work and ensure operational readiness for Service Delivery. In addition, the role is accountable for ensuring the delivery of key outcomes, including customer service levels for internal and external customers, cost to serve, risk management and assurance of program delivery. This role will be an essential conduit between the GeoSCADA commissioning streams and the GeoSCADA Program.

To be suitable for this role you will have the following skills and experience:

- Experience in managing and delivering an extensive maintenance portfolio within a large complex organisation.
- Ability to lead management and administration of a range of commercial agreements with Delivery Partners (from high value/complexity to basic supplier contracts) to deliver business outcomes with a focus on continuous improvement, relationship management and sustainability.
- Superior stakeholder management and collaboration on business transformation activities, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Experience delivering transformation projects within a large complex organisation.

Management Experience:

- Previous experience managing operational teams with a strong focus on delivering a broad set of business objectives and continuously improving and iterating to meet evolving customer needs.
- Experience in, and passion for, driving a constructive and high-performance culture with large teams.
- Experience leading a diverse team in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Experience leading a service delivery function with a significant interface with customer and the community.
