We are seeking a Full-time Permanent General Manager, Sales & Leasing to provide a highly commercially focused sales and leasing core property function to serve TSA’s national customers and diverse needs. Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Property, you will lead the Sales and Leasing national group, oversee project leasing and project sales and marketing of new development projects and optimise the utilisation of all property assets. You will be responsible for: - The management of the leasing process, tenancy mix, retail strategies, risk mitigation and strategic planning, including maximising annual rental income increases and manage internal and external relationships including agency and tenant relations. - Contributing value adding initiatives, such as analysing and recommending capital expenditure to optimise asset values and rental income. - Critically review all sales and leasing aspects of Business Cases, including analysing market demand, current and likely competition, competitive advantages / disadvantages and appropriate sales and marketing plans - Establish / expand on existing software to create a national property database and appropriate procedures to provide current and reliable information to all relevant TSA departments and useful reporting for each customer To be successful in the role you will have: - Executive level National property sales, acquisition and leasing experience (minimum 20 years), including knowledge of the differing state based legislative requirements - Extensive senior experience in managing and leading development residential sales, preferably with retirement village experience, including leading the implementation of project sales, advertising and marketing programs - Commercial property acquisition negotiation and due diligence of assets >$30m.
