By providing thoughtful, tailored solutions, our clients will constantly be feeding back that all details of the event felt personal, joyful, and unforgettable.
- **Driving Sales Excellence**:
Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets through a disciplined and strategic approach. You leverage your passion for outstanding events with boosting lead generation, and maximising opportunities across all areas of the business: weddings and private events, corporate sales, catering orders and venue partnerships.

Developing great relationships with both clients and internal teams. You’ll be trusted and valued for your ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and adapt to the needs of a dynamic, small-team environment, all while contributing to the growth and leadership of Aplenty.

You will be incredibly detail oriented, efficient, time conscious and take joy in helping people realise their visions, through sharing all Aplenty has to offer. It requires someone with drive to achieve results, patience in managing a wide range of enquiries and customer needs, and an ability to think outside the box while also being practical. You will have experience in events and/or weddings and preferred experience with hospitality. In addition you will be excited by all that Aplenty has to offer, and experience in sales that is driven by a passion of making the best events in the industry.

This position suits a person with drive and ambition to end up in a leadership position in this growing business. This is a dynamic workspace and a small team, so we are looking for someone with a very professional attitude balanced with an appreciation and understanding of small business.

**CLIENT MANAGEMENT**
- Manage the client journey from start to finish, ensuring all customer needs and expectations are consistently met with precision and care.
- Oversee the event sales pipeline by promptly addressing leads on the day they are received and ensuring all client responses are handled within 48 hours.
- Set clear expectations with clients regarding when they will hear back, fostering trust and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with clients to fully understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget, offering tailored solutions that reflect their vision.
- Provide consultative guidance on catering options, event logistics, and any additional services to ensure clients receive a comprehensive and personalised experience.
- Ensure all customer inquiry details are meticulously recorded and organised for seamless follow-up and communication.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns with professionalism and a focus on maintaining long-term relationships.
- Proactively build and expand our private client base, nurturing lasting relationships that drive repeat business

**SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT**
- Add maximum value to our clients' events by offering Aplenty’s wide range of products and services, ensuring each event is exceptional.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and all necessary collateral once a client has booked, ensuring clarity and transparency at every stage.
- Execute sales strategies with precision, demonstrating a deep understanding of our catering offerings and how they meet client needs.
- Customise catering packages to align with client preferences, maintaining a focus on both client satisfaction and business growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through a disciplined, strategic approach, consistently contributing to Aplenty’s success.

**INTERNAL COMMUNICATION**
- Maintain open, transparent communication channels with clients, ensuring they always feel informed and valued.
- Collaborate closely with the Event Operations Manager to translate client requests into actionable plans that ensure flawless event execution.
