**About this opportunity**:
**Sales Administration & Customer Management**:

- Set up and onboard new wholesale customers in AP21.
- Maintain the customer master file, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support customers throughout the in-season period with order enquiries, documentation,
- and shipment tracking.
- Process and manage customer returns, issue RA numbers, and create credit notes for
- faulty goods.

**Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate the processing and dispatch of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and EXW (Ex Works) orders via warehouses.
- Generate and manage pick ticket and ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) reports.
- Liaise with Cargo Services for priority picking, packing, and freight forwarding & ensure all shipping documents are sent to customers and logistics partners in a timely manner.

**Invoicing & Finance**:

- Issue invoices for both DDP and EXW customers using AP21.
- Create commercial invoices and assist in generating documentation for customs and export processes & manage DHL invoice processing through Concur.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Run and analyse weekly and seasonal order reports via AP21.
- Support forecasting activities and warehouse inventory planning.
- Monitor arrival of incoming POs and share relevant reports with stakeholders.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Communicate with logistics, finance, and commercial teams to resolve operational
- issues.
- Support EDI integration projects and pricing updates within systems such as Joor and SPS.
- Coordinate with global retail partners and manage special requirements (e.g. labelling, packaging, and hanger logistics).

**You will bring**:
2+ years of experience in wholesale operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
Strong knowledge of AP21, EDI systems (e.g. SPS), and wholesale platforms (e.g. Joor).
Experience working with international freight providers and 3PL partners.
Proficient in Excel, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
