**Solutions Specialist - Brisbane Office - Permanent Full Time**

A great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join the Solution Specialist team selling our Real Time Agent product. You will be the technical expert in building trust for Domain Solutions in the Brisbane area. You will make sure that our sales teams can communicate effectively the value of the company’s evolving solution suite through proposal support and that the product set remains competitive and in line with changing market demands.

**Who are you?**
- Be experienced in presenting sales pitches to clients and have the ability to identify opportunities as well as improve the way domain solutions are brought to market
- Work with qualified inbound leads as well as proactively identify opportunities for new business
- Bring your proven track record of closing deals to a team with an effective solution that has great opportunity in the market
- Have experience in swiftly adopting and effectively implementing technology solutions in the Real Estate market.
- Work with the sales team and industry professionals to understand emerging customer needs and scan for market and competitor trends
- Influence functions including Marketing, Product, Strategy and Commercial Ops to consider the voice of Domain customers as products and solutions are developed, acquired, enhanced and promoted, to ensure that value is obvious to customers and that Domain remains desirable in the market.
- Be the go to product set expert, offering deep technical and solution expertise to support and enable the sales tears to effectively sell the Real Time Agent product.
- Understand the client's needs and make recommendations on the best solution
- Have a customer-centric and needs-based approach to commercial solutioning
- Stay informed about product changes or issues and ensure timely communication to the sales team and customers
