**About the Role**:
NHP now have a fabulous opportunity available in their SALES team in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Sales Manager - Technology, your role as Technology Sales Specialist will be to lead NHP’s collaboration and development of Switchboard Solutions, such as CUBIC. In addition, you will work with external stakeholders and mentor internal team members on key market analysis, product management tools and techniques.
Key tasks & responsibilities include:
- Organise and run technical training sessions for customers
- Support customers with pre-sales conceptual switch board designs
- Provide onsite and online technical design, product support and quality assurance
- Maintain an up to date understanding of applicable industry standards i.e. AS3000 & AS/NZS61439
- Maintain a high level of competency in switch board design and manufacturing principals
- Support BDs by assisting them through the sales process to achieve the required outcomes
- Formulate and clearly communicate strategies to promote NHP’s modular switch board solution into the local market
- Develop and implement internal training to ensure a competent level of product knowledge within the sales team
**PRODUCTS - Modular Switchboards**
**Ideally you will have / be**:
- **An Electrical Engineering degree, Engineering degree in a related field or Trade qualification (A Grade Electrical Licence)**:
- Previous experience with CUBIC or switchboard solutions (building switchboards)
- Experience in or managing a switchboard solution
- An understanding of AS3000 & AS/NZS 61439, as well as associated electrical protection & metering systems
- A motivation in Sales, ability to set sales strategies & project pursuits (beneficial)
- Strong analytical skills in market investigations, sales forecasting & market analysis
- Previous experience with any CRM tools
