We are SnowPak, an exciting startup in the snow tourism space with a focus on technology. We are currently growing at an explosive pace and hiring a new intern to join our team in North Sydney. As part of the role, you will be working in a thriving business which is spearheaded by a team of experienced and successful entrepreneurs and business executives.

As a paid intern, you will get exposure to e-commerce operations, data entry, customer service and content marketing. The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Product development including product optimization, data entry, data audits, website testing
- Product fulfilment and customer service for our AU & US clientele
- Liaising with our partners and suppliers
- Writing and researching content relating to ski resorts and winter activities
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Arts, Communications or Journalism (open to first year students);
- Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills;
- Attention to detail
- Desired: Ski knowledge and experience

Program:

- Probation: 2 weeks
- **Paid Internship **(minimum 2 days a week from July to November, 5 days a week from December to mid-February, minimum 3 days a week from mid-February to April, duration: 9 months)
