E-Commerce Content Specialist

Join one of the fastest-growing health and fitness brands globally. EHPlabs is home to iconic products like OxyShred, IsoPept, and Beyond BCAA — and we're looking for a data-driven E-Commerce Content Specialist to take ownership of campaign activations across all digital touchpoints.

About the Role:

Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, this role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics. You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial campaigns, bringing together content strategy, channel performance insights, and cross-team collaboration to ensure every customer interaction is optimised.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Campaigns Ownership:
    Lead cohesive, end-to-end campaign activations with a content-first approach, optimising landing pages and aligning with business goals.
  • Creative Strategy & Briefing:
    Develop clear creative briefs, translating e-commerce data insights into compelling content direction.
  • Campaign Coordination:
    Manage the end-to-end production and timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Content Calendar Management:
    Build and oversee the content calendar across email, paid ads, social media, and on-site content to ensure consistency of brand voice and message.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Partner with Influencer Marketing, Social Media, and Design to deliver content tailored to each channel while driving e-commerce performance.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimisation:
    Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and iterate on creative assets and strategies to maximise results.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    Work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflows and successful executions.

About You:

  • Experience:
    Proven background in e-commerce or digital marketing, with a portfolio showcasing content-led performance campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:
    Understanding of digital channels (email, paid social, search) and how creative assets perform in each. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and analytics tools.
  • Creative Acumen:
    Strong passion for compelling storytelling and an eye for impactful visuals and copy.
  • Leadership & Communication:
    Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in health, fitness, or consumer brands.
  • Hands-on exposure to Shopify and advanced analytics tools.
