We're on the lookout for a Merchandiser who's passionate about e-commerce, user experience, obsessed with detail, and excited to help us create an online storefront that's as dynamic and inspiring as our trips.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll own the look, feel, and performance of our website across key markets, ensuring our trips, offers, and content are always relevant, engaging, and easy to find. It's a hands-on role working across marketing, SEO, UX, creative, and tech, where no two days are the same.
- Be responsible for our digital storefront, ensuring we display the right product, for the right user, at the right time
- Launch campaigns and ensure everything goes live on time and on-brand
- Optimise navigation, landing pages, and content zones to connect the digital experience with our brand and our customers
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI) to track product performance and site behaviour, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Manage on-site search and product recommendations to maximise conversion and AOV.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure the merchandising calendar localised and in line with marketing activities
- Map and enhance customer journeys with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) conversion as your north star KPI
- Ensure merchandising strategies support SEO visibility, driving organic traffic as well as conversion
- Be the go-to for merchandising across campaigns, regions, and digital platforms
- Manage and update site content, including content pages, promotions and search through our Umbraco CMS
What You Bring
- Importantly, you'll have 2-4 years' experience in web merchandising, digital content, or e-commerce
- A strong understanding of how merchandising impacts SEO and customer behaviour
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (especially Umbraco) and campaign workflows
- Experience using GA4 to track performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- A commercial mindset and a sharp eye for detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities across global markets
