We are excited to share that we are seeking E-Commerce Warehouse Assistants to join our team. Working within our Online Fulfilment Warehouse, you will support our team to fulfill client orders, accept in deliveries of stock and keep our warehouse organised during our busiest trading period.

You will be trained in all thing's fulfillment and E-Commerce operations. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in E-Commerce Operations, Stock and Inventory Management and/or Fashion to gain industry experience.

About the role:

The E-Commerce Warehouse Fulfillment Assistant will provide support to our E-Commerce Warehouse Fulfillment Team leader to ensure efficiency and accuracy with client order fulfillment, replenishments of stock, and general warehouse organization and safety.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ecommerce order fulfillment - Picking, packing, QC (quality control), box making and creating consignment notes.
  • Returns processing - Quality control and accurate processing.
  • Stock tasks - movements, counting, investigations, inbound deliveries (pallets, cartons, and containers), stock put away and store replenishment orders.
  • Loading daily courier collections as required
  • Supporting the retail boutiques and outlets as needed
  • Ensure a high level of housekeeping warehouse standards in relation to packaging, stock items and the general warehouse.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience working in a stock control or a warehouse environment.
  • Intermediate computing skills including Warehouse Management Systems & Microsoft packages
  • Strong numeracy, analytical & communication skills
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Capable of using warehouse equipment safely as required such as pallet jacks, scanning equipment, barcode printers, and other specialised equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, colleagues, and areas of the business
  • Adaptable and resilient to change.
  • Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment.
