**About the role at Dyson**

We are looking for a highly operational and strategic leader to fill the position of Logistics Operations Manager. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this role oversees the end-to-end logistics for Australia and New Zealand and requires a manager who can excel at growing and managing a team of 4, driving continuous improvement.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Process Management and Ongoing Improvement - Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
