- For our corporate office located in Sydney International Airport we are looking for Logistics Manager. The Logistics Manager will provide leadership to the logistics team to deliver customer service, excellence and value to the supply chain through provision of efficient logistics network, reduced supply chain spend, continuous improvement and operational excellence.**Logistics Manager**

Your new job includes
- Lead, inspire, motivate & coach a high performing team to achieve company objectives and deliver best practice results and continuous improvements through innovation and reliability
- Develop and maintain logistics budget, ensure all KPI’s are met by our 3PL partner and other service providers. Ensure all operations are performed in a cost-effective manner to deliver financial targets
- Optimize operating efficiency and cost base of the supply chain infrastructure by reviewing asset locations and usages, undertake benchmarking and competitive tenders and conduct periodic rate reviews
- Analyze data to ensure service levels and Quality is maintained at all times.
- Ongoing reporting of overall performance to the management team. Ensure metrics, reports, and process documentation is available
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you should bring along
- 5 years of experience in Retail
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, operations research, or business analytics field.
- Experience in professional supply chain and logistics, operations research, or e-commerce experience.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.), SQL, and Tableau.
- Management experience
- Experienced in SAP/R3
- Exposure to luxury brands and products
