**About the opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a Logistics Operator to work within our Liquid Grocery manufacturing site located in Erskine Park. Logistics Operators have a responsibility to provide an efficient service to production by way of receiving of inbound goods, replenishment to production lines, despatching of finished goods along with the inventory control of our packaging for liquid grocery and for the product varieties according to daily orders and manufacturing specifications while maintaining product quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Operate and monitor the equipment and make any adjustments as indicated
- Operate forklift to carryout job function safely and efficiently in line with logistics guidelines that align with training provided
- Provide an uninterrupted supply of packaging to the packing lines
- Load plan all orders from Erskine Park to the warehouse
- Operate flexibly across receiving, dispatch, replenishment functions in Artisan & Grocery
- Complete SAP transactions that is specific to the area you are working in logistics
- Conduct cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy and minimise stock write off
- Complete all necessary delivery transaction in various software platforms
- Clean machinery and immediate work area according to cleaning procedures
- Accurately record stock being loaded on trailer ensuring that no vehicles are overloaded
- Report any poor-quality product to team Manager
- Provide break relief for fellow employees
- Follow standard operating procedures as they have been documented
- Notify the Team Manager or Maintenance of breakdowns as they occur. Do not interfere or attempt to fix any breakdowns unless you are trained or competent to adjust equipment or machinery
- Read, understand and comply with HACCP, GMP and Hygiene policies
- Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- 2 years Inventory/logistics experience
- Experience in forklift driving, current forklift licence
- Sound level of Microsoft office experience including Excel
- SAP experience is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail
