**Your new role**
As Payroll Analyst, you will be involved in more than the traditional payroll functions. Whilst working alongside the Internal Payroll Operations Director, you will not only help ensure correct processing of wages for internal employees but also be involved in analytic reporting. You will be responsible for:

- Assisting Internal Payroll in their day-to-day processes
- Monthly Payroll reconciliations and support the Director with ad hoc payroll reports.
- Covering employee absences and assisting with the processing and administration of payroll
- Developing reports to analyse and provide insight into the effectiveness of our pay structures. These reports should highlight exceptions and abnormalities and prompt discussion as how to amend these in the remuneration policy.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Well versed in excel
- Used to a high pace work environment
- Able to run reconciliations
- An excellent communicator in both written and verbal formats
