**Bookkeeper/Office Administration Assistant - 3-4 Days/Week**

We are a **Building & Construction firm** looking for a **Bookkeeper/Office Administration Assistant** to support our Office.

**About the Role**:
This is a **part-time position (3-4 days per week)**, ideal for a proactive and experienced professional who can work independently and efficiently.

**Requirements**:
**Xero experience** - must be proficient in all bookkeeping tasks, including payroll, reconciliations, and reporting, with mínimal supervision.
**Experience in the building & construction industry** - understanding of industry-specific financial processes is highly preferred.

**Experience with Buildxact** - preferred but not essential.
**Experience with asset companies and telecommunications** - preferred but not essential.
**Strong communication skills** - ability to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.
**Willingness to learn** - adaptable to new systems and procedures.
**Reliable and hardworking** - attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
**Team player** - works well with others and contributes to a positive office environment.
