We are a medium sized firm in Parramatta with various businesses in the one office. We are seeking an experienced Full Time -Bookkeeper to join our team based in Parramatta.
Within this position, you will be required to work directly with the Senior Accountants and the Company Director, providing high volume Bookkeeping and Administration Support. The position will suit an organized, highly motivated individual with a proactive nature.
**Key duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Payroll /Wage processing for over 250 employee’s through QBO;
- Data Entry;
- High volume invoice processing;
- Account Receivables;
- Accounts Payable;
- Liaising with clients in regards to invoices;
- Bank reconciliations;
- General office administration.
- Drafting and processing outward correspondence to the ATO;
- Monthly Bookkeeping for various small/medium businesses;
- General office administration
Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Relevant qualifications within Business Commerce: Accountings /Finance/ Tax;
- Attention to detail & time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience using MYOB, QuickBooks, HandiSoft and Xero.
- Intermediate Excel Skills;
- Must be a critical thinker;
- A passion for service;
- Motivation to develop and grow within a fast-moving environment.
