Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in bookkeeping? We are looking for a reliable **Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant** to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly
**Hours**:
- Flexible schedule**:9:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday**
**Location**:
- 12 Separation Street North Geelong 3215
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
- Knowledge and proficiency with processing payroll.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining records.
- Provide support to the team as needed for special projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience with bookkeeping and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Interest in learning new software programs and upskilling.
- Excellent communication skills.
