Job description:
Opportunity for a part time bookkeeper/administator/all rounder to join a growing construction company. Hours are flexible, 2-3 days a week with the opportunity to expand hours in the future. Ability to work from home partially, after initial period but must be able to work at least 1 day in the office.
Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Approving employee timesheets for approval
- Submitting payroll and paying wages
- Reconciling income to relevant invoice
- Generating labour and material invoices for approval
- Producing weekly and monthly financial reports for review
- General office duties & reporting to the director.

Additional requirements:

- Problem solving ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to work solo, as well as a part of a team
- Excellent time management
- Must be fluent in English
