About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to support our Director of People, Culture and Transition as we work through a period of significant change. This is a 24 hour per week, part time, hybrid role with flexibility around working hours/days although you must be able to work on a Friday. This opportunity will suit a talented and experienced EA who is looking for work/life balance while still being challenged and kept on their toes.

**Responsibilities**:
Anticipating the needs of the Director of People, Culture and Transition, ensuring her time is optimised and important tasks are prioritised
Providing high level administrative support
Preparing documents including formatting
Scheduling meetings
Creating purchase orders and organise processing of invoices
Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preparing agendas and taking minutes for meetings as requested
Assisting with the organization of events as required

**About you**:
You are emotionally intelligent and resourceful with superior written and verbal communication skills. You have demonstrated agility in previous roles and demonstrate initiative, and strong time management skills. Your intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs and strong attention to detail allow you to prepare an format a range of documents to a professional standard. You are organised, efficient, committed and would describe yourself as a problem solver.
