Work in beautiful surroundings in a friendly, supportive team environment. **ABOUT THE ROLE**: - Liaise with a variety of clients as well as maintaining existing relationships. - Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for our clientele - Host event, corporate client and on site tours of the property, completing the sale and planning the details of their special event - Demonstrate success in delivering the perfect event to our corporate clients - Provide timely and professional quotations - Conduct efficient event planning through to conclusion **ABOUT YOU**: - Excellent telephone technique and the ability to maintain friendly relations with both our internal and external customers - Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating an event that exceeds the expectations of the client - You will have a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results - Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to work with and manage multiple clients and their details simultaneously - A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service - Ability to work successfully within a close team environment and work unsupervised at times - Good time management and communication skills - Well-developed computer knowledge and strong administrative skills - You have a warm, personable yet professional disposition - Ability to think quickly on your feet - Last, but certainly not least, they should be a great person to work with who is reliable, energetic, and wants a career in Sales and Event Management. **ABOUT US**: **Lancemore Macedon Ranges** Set within 274 acres of lush vineyards and rolling Australian countryside in Victoria’s incredible Macedon Ranges, it is hard not to feel a powerful sense of purpose and place at Lancemore Macedon Ranges.
