**About The Role**:
You will report directly to the General Manager with responsibility for overseeing the food and beverage operation, delivering a memorable experience to our guests, assisting with rostering, progressing team development and above all consistency in the delivery of a quality guest experience.

Leading from the front to deliver unforgettable experiences to our Conference and Wedding Guests with the opportunity to work along side the Head Chef ensuring your development for your next career move.

**About You**:

You will succeed in this role if you have
- Experience in supervising and delivering unique and interactive events
- Technical service competencies with a knowledge of food and wine
- Experience in managing COGs and labour costs
- Experience in supervising front of house staff in a similar sized operation
- The ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
- Aspirations and the drive to succeed
- The resolve to deliver exceptional guest services
- The knack to create relationships and connections with our staff and guests
- Commitment to leading and developing your team
