Conference and Event Co-ordinator

Lancemore Macedon Ranges has a fantastic opportunity to join the team at this spectacular venue as our **Conference & Events Coordinator**thanks to an internal promotion. In this role, you will work with a wonderful variety of clients, from big corporates to small businesses to private groups holding their events with us. Our phenomenal sales team continue to build our customer base, and we need a superstar coordinator to plan and execute the delivery exceeding their expectations

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Liaise with a variety of clients as well as maintaining existing relationships.
- Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for our clientele
- Host event, corporate client and on site tours of the property, completing the sale and planning the details of their special event
- Demonstrate success in delivering the perfect event to our corporate clients
- Provide timely and professional quotations
- Conduct efficient event planning through to conclusion

- Excellent communications and the ability to maintain friendly relations with both our internal and external customers
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating an event that exceeds the expectations of the client
- You will have a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results
- Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to work with and manage multiple clients and their details simultaneously
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to work successfully within a close team environment and work unsupervised at times
- Good time management and communication skills
- Well-developed computer knowledge and strong administrative skills
- You have a warm, personable yet professional disposition
- Ability to think quickly on your feet
- Last, but certainly not least, they should be a great person to work with who is reliable, energetic, and wants a career in Sales and Event Management.
