**About the Role**
Join our Department as a Stakeholder System and Reporting Advisor and contribute to our commitment to strong and collaborative engagement with corporate stakeholders and industry. In this role, you will work across DTP engagement teams to establish and maintain a consistent and effective stakeholder data management practice.

Your responsibilities will include driving value-add reporting and insights to support data-driven decision making, managing stakeholder management systems and tools, data quality practices, and training. **Position Outcomes / Accountabilities**
- Stakeholder engagement data management - manage, coordinate and support the use of DTPs stakeholder management system and stakeholder data
- System reporting and insights - develop and provide reporting and insights that support project, team and enterprise compliance requirements and data-driven decision making
- Continuous process improvement - maintain quality data practices and seek opportunities to improve system, process and stakeholder engagement practice
- Customer service and advice - provide a high level of customer service and issue resolution across systems, teams, projects and stakeholders

**Key Selection Criteria**

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- Demonstrable experience managing systems and reporting
- Project management experience; coordinate projects, training, communication and change plans
- Experience providing stakeholders and projects with system support, policy and process advice
- Strong communication capability to design, develop and deliver user training

**Desirable**
- Experience with system change management and process improvement (including needs analysis)
- Relevant system or stakeholder engagement qualifications or equivalent experience
- Vendor relationship management
