**About the Role**:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced HSE Systems and Reporting Lead who can make a real impact planning, implementing and maintaining our Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Management system to ensure the safe and sustainable delivery of work across Beon, CitiPower/Powercor and United Energy.

The HSE Systems and Reporting Lead is responsible for leading a team of data analysts and report writers in the collection, analysis, and reporting of safety data. They will be responsible for the development and implementation of data and reporting systems and processes, as well as the management of incident reporting and governance.

This role will be based at our office at Market Street however may require some travel to other offices and depot locations.

You will be part of a professional HSE Team that inspires each other to be the best they can be, every day.

**What you’ll deliver**:

- Provide excellent HSE reporting and monitor assurance activities
- Integration of safety practices and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure data and reporting systems and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes the development and implementation of governance frameworks and the management of data security and privacy.
- Develop and implement data and reporting systems and processes, as well as analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching to our leaders, ensuring our HSE culture and systems are well embedded and understood.
- Able to communicate clearly
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**To succeed in this role you’ll have**:

- Minimum Diploma Level (Health and Safety and/or Environmental or similar).
- Formal investigation training (ICAM is preferred)
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance issues with OHS/WHS legislation
- Detailed knowledge of all HSE management aspects associated with construction work or similar high-risk activities.
- A demonstrated experience within energy/construction industry (or other relevant industry), as a HSE professional
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, computer science, or business
- Experience in data and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with incident management systems and governance frameworks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
