Our client is a leading multinational consumer financial services organisation, who are seeking an Inclusion & Diveristy (I&D) / Organisational Development Consultant to join their team whilst a current member of the P&C function goes on sabbatical.

This is an initial 3-4 month assignment with the potential to extend. Chatswood location, hybrid WFH on offer.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, and being embedded in a collaborative and high-functioning People & Culture team, you will continue to deliver on the I&D strategy across the national enterprise, and manage programs of work from the design development through to the implementation and reporting, of various related I&D and OD, Talent Management events, programs, and initiatives.

Key focuses include:

- Diagnose business needs, and develop and update I&D and broader OD & Talent strategy and deliver through the HR team and directly to the business;
- Design, develop, execute and project manage effective I&D and OD / Talent programs and solutions;
- Manage a range and variety of I&D, OD and HR projects simultaneously across the business;
- Build relationships and develop business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Engage stakeholders and manage expectations;
- Manage budget, governance, compliance, and reporting for I&D and OD programs including maintenance of relevant operational policies, procedures, and processes;
- Lead, manage and implement associated culture and organisation change initiatives to achieve I&D and OD & Talent outcomes;
- Facilitate associated I&D forums and development interventions;
- Embed continuous improvement practices.

This role will appeal to an experienced OD professional or I&D specialist that enjoys developing strategies, managing programs, and working as part of a close team in I&D. It offers plenty of variety and reports to a leader that values-driven, contemporary and professional CPO.

You will have a strong depth of experience across D&I & OD from commercial environments, and you will have the ability to advise and consult in a credible way; hit the ground running and can deliver on high-impact initiatives, with a pragmatic, collaborative style.

To be successful you will have:

- Documented success in a similar OD role with a focus on I&D;
- Desire to take your experience to a more senior level;
- Ability to influence without authority;
- Be immediately available;
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Education or similar.
