**Team and role purpose**:
To guide, support, and enable Aspect to lead, manage and grow our people and their talents in a safe and inclusive workplace, for the good of Aspect, our customers, and community. This role will support the delivery of organisational development solutions and services in line with Aspect’s strategic plan and business unit workforce strategies.

**What the role looks like**

In this varied role, you will have the opportunity to deliver a range of exciting organisational development initiatives at Aspect. As Organisational Development Consultant you will:

- Support the delivery of workforce strategies by contributing to the development of, and coordinating the implementation of, organisational development programs and solutions
- Focus on organisational culture, leadership development, succession planning, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Aspect’s workforce management system, in particular organisational development frameworks, tools, resources and processes
- Lead continuous improvement of People, Culture & Safety processes and tools to ensure inclusive practice
